Tent-up day for Off the Shelf Sunbrella roof is for photos, using short legs (that 10 minutes for photo is not enough time for minor wrinkles to smooth out).  Tent-up crew then packs down roof (with fire marshal cert sewn on) with walls, pole covers and all custom parts to shipping tote(s) for FedEx delivery to you.
